Loire Valley winery since 1935. owns 38 ha of vineyards mainly in the Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine region, but buys berries from many berry growers and makes wine in several Loire wine regions. Pale salmon pink in color. The aroma is berry fresh and lively, you can feel light red berries, strawberries and raspberries, sweet red stone fruits and light ripe citrus fruits. The taste is light and berry-like, semi-sweet, with hints of cranberries and pohl and raspberries. The aftertaste is refreshed by slightly bitter citrus fruits - grapefruit and blood orange. The grape skins are soaked in berry juice for 4-6 hours, fermented under temperature control in stainless steel barrels, and the wine is not aged in oak barrels.
