Founded in 1899 by two enterprising gentlemen, Erminio Sella & Edgardo Mosca, the winery was originally built for the breeding of vines. One of the oldest and best-known wineries in Sardinia, making wine mainly from berries from private gardens. Vineyards total 550 ha. Bright, greenish-yellow in color. Light mineral notes, fresh citrus and green herbs, grapefruit, ripe fruits can be felt in the aroma. The taste is fresh and fruity, you can feel fresh fruits, green apple, apple peel. The long citrus aftertaste is accented by a bit of bitter herbiness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and is not aged in oak barrels
