It is not quite the expected easy-going wine made from the Pecorino grape with a ripe pear character, it is a gastronomic expression of the berry typical of this region. Here, in addition to the aforementioned fruitiness, there is the bright acidity necessary for balance (no malolactic fermentation) and mineral elements that add layering. The wine is kept on lees for 4 months, which gives it body and substance. Wine for foodies. Contains sulfites.
