The historic wine cooperative in the town of Krems, whose roots go back to the 13th century, unites 1,400 grape growers and manages approx. 900ha of vineyards in Lower Austria. The color is pale yellow with a greenish sheen. The aroma is citrusy, fruity and slightly floral. Feel white flowers, ripe light stone fruits, nectarines, a little ginger and fresh herbs. The end of the aroma is characterized by a slightly dusty minerality. The taste is dry, citrusy and on the lighter side. Feel yellow apples, white currants and light stone fruits with a lively citrus mineral aftertaste. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and is not aged in oak barrels.
