A commercial winery founded in 2016 by 3 enterprising people: Alessandro Michelon, Luca Pomaro and Elena Ciurletti in the Trento region of Northern Italy. The producer uses grapes grown by local farmers and cooperation partners in various Italian wine regions. Deep, intense ruby red in colour. The aroma has wild black berries, dried stone fruit with sweet spiciness. The taste of the red wine, which is fuller than average, with a semi-dry and berry character, has marmalade-like dark berries, wild berry jam, blueberry jam and dried black cherries, with a little peppery spice. The aftertaste is berry juicy with sweet figs, a little cocoa and sweet spices. The grapes are grown according to the principles of organic farming and are harvested from the Foggia region of Puglia. 30% of the wine develops in American oak barrels used for 6 months. 2-4 years of development potential, considering the year of picking the berries.
