A commercial winery founded in 2010 by 3 enterprising people: Alessandro Michelon, Luca Pomaro and Elena Ciurletti in the Trento region of Northern Italy. The producer uses grapes grown by local farmers and cooperation partners in various Italian wine regions. The color is pale yellow with a greenish undertone. The aroma is lushly fruity and floral. Feel tropical fruits, fresh pears, acacia flowers, complemented by soft citrus acidity. The taste is light and fruity. Feel bright stone fruits, apples and fresh pears. The aftertaste is fruity and lively with a light citrus freshness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and develops for 3 months on the lees (sur lie) and is not aged in oak barrels. Grapes are grown following the principles of organic farming. The grapes are picked from various growing areas in Puglia around the town of Brindisi.
