A commercial winery founded in 2011 by 3 enterprising people: Alessandro Michelon, Luca Pomaro and Elena Ciurletti in the Trento region of Northern Italy. The producer uses grapes grown by local farmers and cooperation partners in various Italian wine regions. Deep ruby ​​red in color. In the aroma you can feel overripe black berries, dried dark stone fruits with lively berry park and a little sweet spiciness. Ripe dark forest berries, field berries, ripe dark plums and sweet morels can be felt on the palate. You can feel cocoa beans with soft woody tannins, which is complemented by crushed black pepper with a light thyme note. The aftertaste is medium length and berry lively. The grapes are grown according to the principles of organic farming and have been picked from different growing areas in the Puglia region. 30% of the wine is aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
