A young Cava producer, founded in 1992. Amador was founded in honor of Senór Amador, who was the owner of the Amador vineyard in the 18th century, whose berries are used today to make Clos Amador Reserva Cava. With a fine, dense bubble stream, intense salmon pink in color. The aroma is straight berry, you can feel cranberries, fresh raspberries and pohli and rowan with rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and slightly bitter red berry skins. The taste is berry and round, with hints of fresh cherries, cranberries and raspberries, blood grapefruit and red oranges. The aftertaste is uniform and berry velvety. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, the second fermentation in the bottle with yeast lasts for a minimum of 12 months.
