Appearance: Bright, with a golden sheen. Aroma: The primary aroma is very intense, notes of boxwood, blackcurrant bud and sweet almond emerge. As it opens, fresher fruity nuances emerge, especially citrus like lemon. Further on, the aroma develops richer, bringing out candied orange and apricot jelly tones, followed by fresh nuances of green pepper and basil. Taste: Clear and expressive, dominated by citrus and a more exotic mango note. The acidity rises gradually, forming a wine with a mineral and precise structure, in which you can also sense the nuances of cucumber grass. The finish is long, salty and delicately floral, with a very elegant aftertaste.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October.
