Cuvée Esplendor de Vardon Kennett is a quality sparkling wine handpicked and made from only the best grapes. Berries are pressed in whole bunches. Primary fermentation uses a blend of winemaker's combined yeasts. 12% of the grape juice is fermented in French oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation. The juice of different berries is then mixed into one. The second fermentation follows the traditional method - maturing in the bottle on the lees for a minimum of 30 months. Delicate fresh fruits and citrus come out in the aroma. Complex. Brioche and toast aromas give hints of the mature wine, the minerality resulting from the terroir can be felt. The taste is fresh, lush, elegant and persistent. The wine perfectly expresses the character of the grapes, the soil and the high climate. Grape variety: Pinot Noir 55%, Chardonnay 40% and Xarel-lo 5%. Contains sulfites.
