The winery was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Miroglio, a Piedmontese textile manufacturer and winemaker, in the village of Elenovo, 20 km from Nova Zagora. With a fine, dense bubble stream, intense salmon pink in color. The aroma is straight-forward berry, you can feel cranberries, ripe raspberries and pohli with ripe rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and rowan berries. The taste is full berry and round, with hints of red stone fruits, rose hips and bitter rowan. The aftertaste is uniform, long and elegantly spicy-berry; The grapes are picked by hand, the base wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, and the second fermentation with autolysis in the bottle on lees lasts a minimum of 36 months.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October. Prosecco Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes (10%-15%) in addition to the usual Glera grape. Contains sulfites.
