Italy has confirmed Prosecco Rose as a new wine category for 2020. Excellent balance between Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. A minimum of 2 months of fermentation in steel tanks. Sparkling wine gets its pink hue from the Pinot Noir grape, which can be up to 15% in the drink mix, in addition to the Glera berry. A fine bubble necklace unfolds the aroma of fresh ripe red berries and the vibrancy of pomegranate. The taste continues on the same note, with a blooming rose garden in the background. The drink has lushness, silkiness and elegance. Available only as vintage wine. Contains sulfites.
