The largest and best known producer of Lambrusco. Violet purple in color, light CO2 content. The aroma is more intense than average and aromatically berry. Feel overripe black forest berries, blueberries, wild berries, black currants and aronia jam. The taste is moderately more intense, semi-sweet and berry dense. Feel sweet overripe berries, dark stone fruits, morels, blueberry jam with blackcurrants and wild berries. The aftertaste is lively with berries, medium length and moderate berry tannins. The wine is fermented using the "Charmat" method in stainless steel barrels, and the wine does not develop in oak barrels.
