The largest and best known producer of Lambrusco. Violet purple in color, with a slight CO2 content The aroma is medium intensity and juicy berry. Feel overripe dark stone fruits, cherries and dark cherries and dark wild berries. The taste is medium intensity, semi-sweet and berry juicy, reflecting the aroma of the wine. Smell sweet overripe dark stone fruits, gooseberries, dark cherries, blueberries and wild berries. The aftertaste is medium length, lush with berries and moderate berry tannins. The wine is fermented using the "Charmat" method in stainless steel barrels, and the wine does not develop in oak barrels.
