Today, one of the best renovated and modern Georgian wineries was founded in 1915 and privatized in 1999. Today, it owns 450ha of vineyards and an additional 200ha of contract winegrowers in various wine regions of Georgia. With dense and fast bubble jet, intense salmon pink color The aroma is berry and lively, you can feel fresh raspberries, wild strawberries and slightly ripe red wild berries. The taste is berry juicy, semi-sweet and round, dominated by sweet raspberries and strawberries, with overripe cherries and ripe blood oranges in the aftertaste. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and the second fermentation takes place in large pressure tanks using the Charmat method, the fermentation is stopped by cooling.
