A wine firm founded in 1863 by Alessandro Martini and Luigi Rossi, which originally specialized in the production of vermouths. Bright yellow in color. The aroma is fruity and intensely aromatic, you can feel overripe yellow fruits, pineapple, melon and apricots. A little baked bread is added to the end of the aroma. The taste is juicy fruity, with a medium sweet fruity fullness. Feel pineapple, baked apples, ripe apricots and peach jam. The aftertaste is fruity, long and lush. The second fermentation of the wine takes place using the "Charmat" method in stainless steel barrels, and the wine is not aged in oak barrels.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October.
