The Cantine Maschio winery was founded in 1973 by Bonaventura Maschio, who decided to convert his family's hundred-year-old distillery for wine production and started making wine under the name Casa Vinicola Maschio. By merging in 2002 with Cantine Riunite, a wine producer from the Emilia-Romagna region, one of the largest sparkling wine companies in Northern Italy was formed. The color of the wine is pale yellow with a greenish undertone. The aroma is fruity and aromatic, you can feel yellow apples, pears, fresh citrus fruits are added at the end of the aroma The taste is dry, vividly fruity, with a light citrus-acidic finish. Feel bright stone fruits, pears, peaches, apricots and ripe apples, with light aromatic herbs. Aftertaste fruity lively and citrusy fresh. The second fermentation of the wine takes place using the "Charmat" method in stainless steel barrels, and the wine does not develop in oak barrels.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October. Prosecco Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes (10%-15%) in addition to the usual Glera grape. Contains sulfites.
