With a straw yellow color and golden undertones, it appears crystal clear and pure in the glass. The formation of bubbles is continuous and uniform. Yeast and honey notes can be felt in the aroma. The taste is balanced, persistent and slightly acidic. Made using the traditional Champenoise method. Cava is aged for 24 months in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
