Modern Vintage Gran Reserva Brut is a balance of modern and classic cava, combining the body and structure of Xarel·lo with the floral and fruity characteristics of Chardonnay. A straw yellow shade with a golden tint. The elegantly designed bottle of wine is full of tiny, fine bubbles that rise halfway up the glass, forming a beautiful crown of pearls on the surface. The aroma surprises with its intensity, you can feel the aroma of yellow flowers and notes of green herbs (anise and fennel), which is characteristic of the Xarel·lo grape variety. The rich taste is creamy, persistent and intense. The buttery shade (butter cookie) is finished with bitter almond. Cava's creamy and velvety texture is undoubtedly very delightful. Very elegant, with perfect acidity and fine bubbles. A great example of vintage cava! Highly rated and won worthy prizes in various weighty wine competitions. Contains sulfites.
