The Pfaffenheim winery was founded in 1957 and the first wine was produced in 1959. The winery is located in France, in the Alsace region, 15 km southwest of the city of Colmar. The winery produces Alsace AOC, Alsace Cremant AOC and Grand Cru AOC wines.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October. Prosecco Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes (10%-15%) in addition to the usual Glera grape. Contains sulfites.
