Solea is a Cap Classique from South Africa, made from the noble grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This sparkling wine is bottle-fermented and matured on the lees for about 15 months in an underground cellar, in the heart of the Cape of Good Hope.

Villa Sandi Prosecco Rosé has an elegant pink hue with a copper sheen, lively and persistent bubbles. The fresh aroma has notes of red fruits, pomegranate and rose. Fresh, silky and full-bodied on the palate, very well balanced. Prosecco Rose is a completely new product category. There has never been a pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco DOC designation before. The EU only approved this new wine category in 2020. at the end of October. Prosecco Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes (10%-15%) in addition to the usual Glera grape. Contains sulfites.
