A Speyside Scotch single malt as interesting and exceptional as Benriach would not exist without a unique whiskey making tradition dating back to 1898 when John Duff founded his distillery. The rustically beautiful Benriach is located on the site of the former Riach Farm in North Speyside and draws its water from a mineral-enriched aquifer deep beneath the still. Thanks to a long distilling tradition and a variety of casks from different parts of the world, our whiskey masters can explore the full flavor possibilities of single malt whiskey and create the richest and most layered whiskeys on Speyside. The smooth, fruity and multi-layered nature of Benriach is best expressed in Benriach The Original Ten whisky. Inspired by the rich flavor bouquet of the first Benriach single malt whiskey produced in 1994, The Original Ten continues the long tradition of Benriach ten year old Speyside single malt whisky.

Label 5 Classic Black is a pleasantly soft and gently smoky undertone and a delicate fruity character of Scotch blended whiskey, weighted by Speyside malts. The bright golden color of the whiskey has a delicate fruitiness in its aroma, accompanied by notes of freshly baked shortcrust pastry and delicate peat. A truly harmonious blend, where a subtle smokiness emerges next to the original fruity and light vanilla nuanced taste. The aftertaste of the blended whiskey aged at least 3 years in an oak barrel is exceptionally soft and long-lasting.

This is probably the whiskey you have never tasted before, because whiskey has never been made like this before. Mythbuster. Outland, i.e., a 5-8 year old high-class blend of 30 malt and grain whiskeys from the Speyside region is first prepared in Bourbon casks in Scotland, followed by 3 years of aging in Oloroso sherry casks. It is then aged for 12 months, now already in Spain, in the historic cellar of Gonzalez Byass in Jerez, in old Pedro Ximenes sherry casks. The Matsui - Mizunara Cask is a light amber colored whiskey with aromas of fresh flowers, soft vanilla and spices. Matsui - Mizunara Cask whiskey made at Kurayoshi Distillery, located in Tottori Prefecture. It is aged in rare Mizunara oak barrels. The share of Mizunara casks among old whiskeys in Japan is only 10%. This tree needs 200 to 300 years to grow and gives whiskey a special aroma. Mizunara oak brings out the honeyed oakiness and gives an elegant aftertaste. The whiskey uses meltwater from Daisen Mountain.
